Verify the electrical components of your underfloor heating system

Learn how to build a tubing unwinder out of a shipping pallet or a few 2x4s if your pipes arrived before the panel

Install the tubing in the basement – on expanded polystyrene panels or wire mesh

Jump to the 1:06 mark for the wire mesh installation method.

Install the tubing on the main floor or upstairs on a wood subfloor.

Don’t forget to drill a hole for running the tubing to the mechanical room!

Perform a pressure test on the system before pouring the concrete

Connect the floor sensor to the thermostat

Connect the tubing to the manifold once the pipes are installed

Since each pipe already has an assigned port on the manifold, you simply need to trim the pipes and attach them to the manifold to complete the installation.

Fill and remove air from your system

Complete the thermostat wiring

Install the actuators or zone valves on the wall panel

Adjust your boiler temperature using the adjustment dial

And finally, program your thermostats!
