This video explains how to build a tubing uncoiler using the shipping pallet you received with your order.

Installing tubing in the basement

This video shows the two installation methods that can be used in a basement: installation on expanded polystyrene panels and installation on wire mesh.Jump to the 1:06 mark for the wire mesh installation method.

Installing tubing on the main floor or upstairs

This video shows how to install tubing on a wood subfloor. The pieces of wood shown in the video are used to maintain proper spacing between the pipes. Don’t forget to drill a hole for running the tubing to the mechanical room!

Pressure testing the system

Once all the tubing has been installed on the floor, it is important to do a pressure test before pouring the concrete.

Installing the thermostat sensor

This video explains how to connect the floor sensor to the thermostat.

Connecting the tubing to the manifold

This video explains how to connect the pipes to the manifold once all the tubing has been installed. Since each pipe already has an assigned port on the manifold, you simply need to trim the pipes and attach them to the manifold in order to complete the installation.
